The Moroccan community in the UAE celebrated the qualification of the "Atlas Lions" to the semi-finals of the world Cup in Qatar 2022.
The Moroccan national team achieved a historic achievement by reaching the semi-finals of the world Cup (Qatar 2022), after defeating Portugal with a score (1-0), this evening, Saturday, in the quarter-final competitions.
The celebrations of the masses began in front of the screens spread throughout the Emirates, and some of the masses organized a special celebration for members of the Moroccan community in the Emirates.
The tallest tower in the world, "Burj Khalifa", in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, is decorated with the flag of Morocco, as a kind of support for the Atlas Lions, and to celebrate the great victory.
The Moroccan national team will meet in the Golden Square, next Wednesday, with the winner of the match that brings together later today between France, the world Cup holders, and its English counterpart.
The Moroccan national team presented a distinguished march in the world Cup in Qatar, where it topped its group with 7 points, from a goalless draw with Croatia, then beat Belgium (2-0) and Canada (2-1), then the historic victory in a penalty shootout against Spain in the round of 16.
